Introduction

The Office of the University Registrar (OUR) serves the students during enrollment and during their entire residency. It also provides technical services, such as the preparation and issuance of transcript of records, certifications, clearances, honorable dismissals and diplomas and evaluates and maintains student records.

Functions

Office of the University Registrar
  • Provides assistance in implementing all policies, rules and regulations regarding student admissions;
  • Assumes administrative responsibility over University student admissions;
  • Formulates and implements policies and procedures on registration;
  • Prepares statistical reports on enrolment data;
  • Consolidates and checks list of enrolled students submitted by different Colleges.
Admission Services

  • Posts and keeps grades;
  • Issues official transcript of records, diploma and certification to students and graduates ;
  • Consolidates and checks list of enrolled students submitted by different Colleges.
